To get to Tempat Santai Villas in Bali from the Denpasar airport (Ngurah Rai International Airport), here are a few options:
Private Pickup Service
We can arrange for you a private pickup from the airport to Ubud, which is about a 1 ½ hour drive. The service includes a driver who will wait for you with a sign with your name on it, assist you with your luggage, and bring you to your villa. The cost for this service is approximately 400,000 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).Alternative Location
We can also pick you up from a different hotel or villa location, price will vary depending on distance.Self-Arranged Transportation
You can use ride-hailing apps like Grab or GoCar to get to Ubud. These services are available at the airport and can be used to travel to the Ubud area.Return or Onward Travel

From the villa, arranging a private car through your butlers is a convenient option that offers flexibility and comfort. You can visit popular attractions such as rice paddies, volcanos, or beaches at your own pace. It’s always advisable to discuss your itinerary with the villa staff to get recommendations and ensure you have the best possible experience exploring Bali.
Cancellation Policy
If reservation is canceled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival in writing by email, no fee will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled 10 days or less before date of arrival or modified (changed number of guests) or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Please note that, in cases where one person takes on the responsibility of booking for a group, that person’s credit card will be charged in the case of late cancellations for all or anyone in the group under the conditions described above.

Room Rates
Since we have so few rooms and villas we reserve them exclusively to our spa guests. No room-only rates are available at this time.
Ferry
Our packages do not include ferry tickets but do include land transfers to/from Sekupang International Ferry Terminal, only 10 minutes away from the resort. Once you make your booking we will send you a confirmation email along with ferry instructions.
Hotel Check In/Check Out time and policies
Check-in time is from 13:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 11 a.m. (all Batam time)
If you arrive at the hotel early, please take your luggage to reception/spa shop and we will be happy to hold it for you until check-in.
For guests who require their rooms prior to our standard check-in time, we recommend that you begin your reservation on the evening before arrival. Or you can arrive early on the 8:20 (Singapore time) ferry, take a morning spa session 9 a.m.-12 p.m., and your room will be ready shortly after the spa session at 1 pm.
Late check-outs are at the discretion of management on the day of check-out and are subject to occupancy level. 3 pm check out charge is 333,000 IDR, 6 pm 444,000 IDR.
For guests taking late afternoon return ferries after 11:00 a.m. check-out, our reception will be happy to hold your luggage until your transfer to Sekupang Ferry terminal. After the 11 am check out if you would like to use the shower/pool facilities charge is 111,000 IDR pp with one towel use included.
Your Payment Options
Pay by Credit Card in IDR (MASTERCARD or VISA only) subject to 2.9% surcharge at check out.
Avoid the 2.9% surcharge in addition to any International transaction fees your bank may charge by paying in cash with SGD or IDR upon check out.
No Children
For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, no children including infants under the age of 15 years are allowed at our resort hotel and spa.Cancellation Policy
If reservation is canceled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival in writing by email, no fee will be charged. If in 10 days or less booking is canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. It is advisable to all guests to carry a comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your travel plans. A gift certificate will be issued which you can redeem within six months from the issued date. There will be 25% re-booking fee on redemption.
Cancellation Policy
Celebrating a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon? We have a package available for IDR 1,110,000.00 nett which includes a bottle of sparkling wine, cake, and petals in room decoration. Or you may choose an 18cm small chiffon cake (chocolate, Oreo, lemon) for IDR 432,900.00 nett or IDR 654,900 for the 22cm large, or a bottle of sparkling wine for IDR 777,000.00 nett. Or bring your favourite bottle, corkage fee IDR 111,000+ (+=10% Government tax & 11% Service charge).Making A Reservation
A credit card is required to secure your reservation as we have a very strict cancellation policy. However, once you arrive at the resort you may pay by SGD, IDR cash, Mastercard or Visa charged in IDR with 2.9% bank surcharge when paying with card.
By providing your credit card information (held confidential) you authorize and agree to collection of payment for all charges as requested in our standard Hotel cancellation policy. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Room Requests/Spa Timings
Please note we always do our best to accommodate your room choice, check-in time and spa timing; however this can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Groups of 2, 3, 4 and 5 pax will share a spa room. Rates subject to exchange rate fluctuation.
